Технології впливу ЗМІ на консолідовану позицію українців щодо процесів європейської та євроатлантичної інтеграції: досвід країн Вишеграду

Abstract

This article is devoted to studying the basic principles of mass media activity, organizing interaction between public authorities and the public, which, under modern conditions, play a crucial role in this process, using as an example the information campaigns on European and Euro-Atlantic integration in Ukraine, the significance of the mass media influence on shaping and determining this country’s foreign policy guidelines, which determines public opinion on integration processes, including accession to the European Union and the North Atlantic Alliance. It is emphasized that the perception of the EU and NATO by the Ukrainian citizens depends not only on the successful development of bilateral relations, but also on their objective coverage by the Ukrainian mass media.
