| Abstract: | У статті досліджено окремі аспекти фінансової реформи в Україні та країнах Центрально-Східної Європи. Описано критерії оцінки рівня фіскальної децентралізації, проаналізовано досвід країн ЄС, а також зміст та результати бюджетної реформи в Україні. The article examined some aspects of financial reform in Ukraine and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. We describe the criteria for assessing the level of fiscal decentralization, analyzed the experience of the EU as well as the content and results of budget reform in Ukraine. |
