Актуальні проблеми транскордонного співробітництва в румунському прикордонні

Abstract

Європейське територіальне співробітництво є однією з цілей політики гуртування єдності, яке може зробити важливий внесок для комплексного і гармонійного розвитку регіонів, що беруть участь у співробітництві. У програмний період, 2007-2013 роках, Міністерство регіонального розвитку та туризму управляло участю Румунії в 11 європейських територіальних програмах співробітництва.

The cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and Romania already offered up to date some results deserving to be analyzed. The analysis must indicate the positive facts and also the lack of coverage in some areas. These facts have to be underlined for the improvement of the intended relations between the two countries. They must learn to use the borders as instruments for the attraction of fi nancial resources from the EU. This may be of great importance for the development of institutions, infrastructure and other local The accumulated experience of ENPI Programme 2007-2013 offers good premises for the further co-operation in the period 20142020.
