| Abstract: | In the article the main results of the project "Borders for people" within ENPI Programme Hungary-Slovakia-Romania- Ukraine 2007-2013, through innovation prism have been analyzed. The social necessity of innovative approaches to the analysis and cross-border cooperation management both with the methodological and institutional frameworks for optimization of modern cross-border processes at the new Eastern border of the European Union are being explained. |
