| Abstract: | The article deals with the conceptual mechanism of legal regulation of the main areas of cross-border relations at the new eastern border of the EU in relation to the legal standards of EU law –acquis communautaire EU. The author approves the priority of forming a legal mechanism for regulating cross-border cooperation by creating conceptually updated organizational, legal and institutional mechanisms adapted to the legal standards –acquiscommunautaire EU. |
