НОРМАТИВНО-ПРАВОВА ОСНОВА ТА МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ТРАДИЦІЙНОГО УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ В ІННОВАЦІЙНИЙ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено правовим аспектам та методологічним засадам і принципам трансформації традиційного університету в інноваційний. Проаналізовано досвід кращих університетів країн Вишеградської групи, Азії та Америки. Визначено основні пріоритети вищої школи України на шляху інтегрування в європейський та світовий освітні простори. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання досвіду університетів України, що мають статус дослідницьких, в умовах реалізації Закону України «Про вищу освіту» та положень Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС. Наведено підсумки роботи міжнародної групи науковців України, Польщі, Словаччини, Угорщини з розроблення перспективних Концепції інноваційного розвитку ДВНЗ «Ужгородський національний університет» на 2015-2025 рр. та Концепції Наукового парку УжНУ.

The article is dedicated to legal aspects and methodological grounds and principles of transformation of the traditional university into an innovative one. The experience of the best universities of the countries of the Visegrad Group, Asia and USA has been analyzed. The main priorities of the higher school of Ukraine on the way of integration into the European and world educational spaces are determined. The necessity of using the experience of Ukrainian universities with research status in the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On higher education” and Association agreement with EU is substantiated. The results of the work of the international group of scientists from Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary on the development of perspective Concept of innovative development for SU “UzhNU” at 2015-2015 and Concept of the science park SU “UzhNU” are presented.
