| Abstract: | У статті аналізуються чинники, що зумовили зміни в зовнішній політиці нейтральних держав у постбіполярній Європі. Нейтральні країни сьогодні своїм статусом більше відповідають позаблоковос- ті, здійснюють політику неучасті у військових союзах, однак допускають співробітництво задля відпо- віді на загрози миру та безпеці. Акцентується на актуальності даного трансформаційного досвіду для нового етапу зовнішньої політики України. Ключові слова: постбіполярний світ, нейтралітет, позаблоковість, європейська політика безпеки та оборони. |
| Description: | The «cold war» stopping, disintegration of the USSR and Warsaw Agreement Organization, changed the character of threats stipulated the end of period of the doublepolar world and activated European integration. The problems of guaranteing of general safety and development of principles of its realization appeared in the long list of questions and decisions of European Union. It concerned also the foreign policy of the neutral states. Today their status answers ou-tof—block states anymore. Austria, Sweden, Finland, at the beginning of ХХІ age carry out the policy of non participating in military unions, however, collaborates against the threats to the peace and safety. Transformation experience is actual for the new stage of Ukrainian foreign policy. Keywords: postdoublepolar world, neutrality, out-of-block state, European policy of safety and defense. |
