| Description: | The opportunity of application modified diatomite Celite 545 for quantitative determination of ions Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+ by a solid-phase spectrophotometry method is investigated. As the modifier of diatomite the Shiff basis of 2-oxy-benzaldehyde with 1-amino-4-methyl-benzen is used. The limits of determination Сu2+ are found: 4 ×10-6 - 4 ×10-5 мol/l, Со2+: 2 ×10-6 -1×10-5 моl/l, Ni2+: моl/l, time of the individual analysis is reduced from 25-30 minutes to 10-15 minutes. |
