Прогнозування розвитку дорадчого сервісу Вінницької області

Abstract

У статті висвітлено актуальні аспекти розвитку сучасного дорадчого сервісу. При дослідженні дорадчого сервісу Вінницької області використовувалися методи збору інформації, методи порівняльного, ситуаційного та системного аналізу, метод регресійно-кореляційного аналізу, графічний метод. Досліджено динаміку надання соціально спрямованих дорадчих послуг у період 1997-2010 рр. Виявлено, що такі дорадчі послуги як: проведення семінарів, демонстраційних показів, друковані видання та надання індивідуальних консультацій розвиваються близько до поліноміальної функції другого степеня. На основі цього здійснили прогнозування розвитку дорадчого сервісу Вінницької області на наступні 5 років. Зроблено висновок, що на вітчизняному ринку дорадчих послуг Вінницького регіону протягом останніх років спостерігається тенденція до поступового їх зростання, що обумовлено розвитком ринкових відносин.

The article reveals the up-dated development aspects in contemporary consulting service. The following methods of collection information, methods of comparative, situational and systematic analyzes, regressive-correlational and graphic methods, where used in time of investigation the consulting service in Vinnitsya Region. The dynamic of providing the socio-orientated consulting service in period of 1997-2010 years are investigated. It is discovered the such consulting services as leading the seminars, demonstrational shows, publishing and giving personal consulting are been developed close to polynomial function of the second rate. This was the background for providing the forecast of the Vinnitsya Region consulting service development for the next 5 years. It is concluded that on the contemporary national market of consulting service in Vinnitsya Region for the last few years the tendency to their further improvement has been mention, what has caused by the marker relationship development.
