| Abstract: | Пулик О.Р., Гирявець М.В. Викликані потенціали Р300 при динамічному спостереженні за пацієнтами з постінсультними когнітивними порушеннями Мета – поліпшити реабілітацію хворих із постінсультними когнітивними порушеннями шляхом удосконалення динамічного спостереження за ними з використанням інструментальних методів. Матеріали та методи. У 30 пацієнтів з перенесеним мозковим інсультом і ознаками когнітивного зниження вивчено окремі параметри викликаного потенціалу Р300. Результати. Виявлено кореляційний зв’язок між компонентами КВП Р300 (N2, P3 та N3) і результатами нейропсихологічного тестування пацієнтів із когнітивними порушеннями. Висновки. Дослідження когнітивних викликаних потенціалів Р300 можна рекомендувати для включення в алгоритм динамічного спостереження за пацієнтами з постінсультними когнітивними порушеннями. | Description: | P300 evoked potentials in the dynamic observation of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairments A.R. Pulyk, M.V. Gyriavets SHEI «Uzhgorod National University», Uzhgorod, Ukraine Purpose – to improve the rehabilitation of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairments by improving the dynamic observation of them using instrumental methods. Materials and methods. Study of individual parameters of the P300 evoked potential was performed in 30 patients with the presence of cognitive decline signs after stroke. Results. Correlation between the components of the OHR P300 N2, P3 and N3, and the results of neuropsychological testing in patients with cognitive impairments was found. Conclusions. Cognitive P300 evoked potentials studying may be recommended for inclusion in the algorithm of dynamic observation of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairments. |
