Abstract

Європейський континент насправді став єдиним домом для значної більшості держав, що розташувалися на його території. Однак майбутнє гостро поставило питання збереження культурної своєрідності не тільки значних за чисельністю націй, але й малих етичних груп. Лише незначна кількість держав наблизилася до розв’язання проблеми національних меншин, прийняла і ратифікувала у себе в повному обсязі нормативно-правові акти, які стосуються гарантування і захисту прав національних меншин. Only insignificant quantity of the European states has come nearer to the decision of a problem of national minority or has accepted and ратифицировало at itself in complete volume the нормативно-legal certificates, which concern warranting and protection of the rights of national minority. In the publication the separate legal aspects and principles of protection of ethnic minority are considered.
