Description:	Presented the results of research the dynamics of changes of hepatic encephalopathy with the cirrhosis of liver depending on advantage fatty or muscular of part of bodies weight, which was divided on two groups. To the first group 72 patients belonged the patients with advantage of fatty mass of body, do second group 56 patients with advantage of muscular mass of body. It is discovered on the basis of the got results of research, that the displays of hepatic encephalopathy to beginning of treatment are more expressed for the patients of the second group. At the same time for the patients of this group standard treatment of hepatic encephalopathy was more effective, than for patients from the first group.
