| Abstract: | У даній роботі досліджено склад різних біотопів ротової порожнини в практично здорових осіб молодого віку на предмет визначення орального кандидоносійства, було виділено чисті культури грибів роду Candida, проведено ідентифікацію і встановлено їх топографічні особливості; показано, що найбільший рівень контамінації дріжджо- подібними грибами властивий контактним поверхням композитних пломб та слизовій оболонці спинки язика, а серед всіх ідентифікованих кандид у біотопах ротової порожнини превалює Candidaalbicans. | Description: | In this work the different biotopes composition of oral cavity at the practically healthy persons of young age for the purpose of oral candida-carriage definition was investigated, the clean cultures of Candida fungi were selected, authentication is conducted and it`s topographical features were founded; it is revealed that the most level of contamination by the yeast-like fungi is attributable for the contact surfaces of the composite fillings and the mucus membrane of the tongue back, and among all identified candidas in biotopes of oral cavity Candida albicans predominates.
