| Description: | It was carried out comparative effectiveness evaluation of different methods of deep venous thrombosis treatment, apart conservative and surgical treatment with thrombectomy using and arterio-venous fistula formation by improved methods. It was found, that such surgical treatment using cause decreasing of rethrombosis rate during first year of treatment from 56,8% to 40,0%, and decreasing of posttrombophlebitis disease formation from 63,6% to 35,0%.
