| Abstract: | Обстежено 153 пацієнти з хронічним обструктивним захворюванням легеньу поєднанні з ішемічною хворо- бою серця. Встановлено, що більшість з них курять. На основі дослідження зроблено висновок про те, що у хворих із поєднаними захворюваннями є особливості клінічного перебігу. | Description: | With the purpose to study the state of primary and secondary prevention of heart failure at patients with permanent atrial fibrillation, ambulatory treatment of 96 patients in 6-12 months after discharge from the Cardiology Department of Uzhgorod Central City Clinical Hospital in 2010 have been analized. It was discovered, that in general, management of patients was due to modern recommendations: 79,2% had recommended heart rate, 63,5% took beta-blockers in combination with digoxin; 43,7% receive „upstream ” – therapy with RAAS – blockers. The disadvantages include the fact that 20% of working – age patiens have been receaving only digoxin and the widespread practice of taking digoxin 5 days a week with a break for 2 days.
