Критерії та рівні сформованості моральної культури студентської молоді та стан проблеми у практиці роботи зво аграрного профілю

Abstract

Виявлення рівня вихованості студентів дає змогу оцінити ефективність застосування форм та методів педагогічної взаємодії з метою можливості його подальшого корегування; дієвість певних технологій навчання допоможе з’ясувати відхилення у моральному розвитку особистості, визначити недоліки, а також знайти нові шляхи формування цієї якості особистості. Метою дослідження є визначення стану сформованості моральної культури студентської молоді ЗВО аграрного профілю. Основними методами дослідження були анкетування і опитування. Результати даного дослідження свідчать про те, що у студентів перших курсів інституту ще не сформовані уявлення про масштабність міжособистісних зв’язків їхньої майбутньої діяльності, від яких буде залежати основний відсоток успіху у виконуваній ними роботі. Адже тісний зв’язок професійних якостей майбутнього фахівця й моралі випливає безпосередньо із самої суті економічної діяльності.

Identifying the level of education of students makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of the use of forms and methods of pedagogical interaction with a view to the possibility of its further adjustment; the effectiveness of certain learning technologies will help to identify abnormalities in the moral development of personality, identify deficiencies, as well as find new ways of forming this personality quality. To determine the effectiveness of educational work to ensure the effective formation of the moral culture of the student’s personality, one should have a clear idea of the dimensions in the levels of education of students in their consciousness and behavior. This is the relevance of our research. Moral qualities are formed on the basis and in connection with other personal entities that reveal the attitude of man to society, labour, humane attitude towards people and fundamentally demanding of oneself. Entering into interaction, they generate new properties − the cultivation of an individual, his / her moral culture. Therefore, the purpose of our study is to determine the state of formation of the moral culture of student youth of the university of agricultural profile.The main methods of research were surveys, questionnaires, discussions, discussions, the content of which consisted in determining the levels of formation of moral culture of student youth. The results of this study indicate that the students of the first year students of the higher educational establishment do not have the formed idea of the magnitude of interpersonal connections of their future activities, which depends on the main percentage of success in their work.Young people do not identify their professional qualities with moral ones. And this is the main problem of educating the future professionals.

Выявление уровня воспитанности студентов позволяет оценить эффективность применения форм и методов педагогического взаимодействия с целью возможности их дальнейшей корректировки; действенность определенных технологий обучения поможет выяснить отклонения в нравственном развитии личности, определить недостатки, а также найти новые пути формирования этого качества личности. Целью исследования является определение состояния сформированности нравственной культуры студенческой молодежи вузов аграрного профиля. Основными методами исследования были анкетирование и опрос. Результаты данного исследования свидетельствуют о том, что у студентов первых курсов института еще не сформированы представления о масштабности межличностных связей их будущей деятельности, от которых будет зависеть основной процент успеха в выполняемой ими работе. Ведь тесная связь профессиональных качеств будущего специалиста и его морали вытекает непосредственно из самой сути экономической деятельности.
