Обгрунтування потреби підготовки майбутніх фармацевтів до професійної діяльності в системі коледж-академія на засадах акмеологічного підходу

Abstract

У статті наголошено на тому, що у системі вищих медичних навчальних закладів освітній про- цес має бути організовано таким чином, що дипломовані фармацевти були спроможні виконувати інноваційні професійні завдання. Суттєвого вдосконалення професійної підготовки майбутніх фармацевтів можна досягнути на основі цілеспрямованого впровадження акмеологічного підходу. На основі вивчення психолого-педагогічної літератури, опрацьовування документів і нормативних матеріалів, аналізу, синтезу, індукції, дедукції та порівняння розглянуто зміст акмеологічного підходу і проаналізовано практичні результати від його реалізації в освітньому процесі вищих медичних закладів в системі «коледж – академія». З’ясовано, що акмеологічний підхід дозволяє розглядати професійну підготовку майбутніх фармацевтів з погляду удосконалення та гармонії. Цей підхід дозволить суттєво вдосконалити освітній процес, а також допоможе забезпечити конкурентоспроможність майбутніх фахівців на ринку надання фармацевтичних послуг населенню України.

The article emphasizes that in the system of higher medical educational institutions the educational process should be organized in a way that qualified pharmacists are to be able to perform innovative professional tasks. Substantial improvement of professional training of future pharmacists can be achieved through the purposeful implementation of acmeological approach. Based on the study of psychological and pedagogical literature, processing of documents and normative materials, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and comparison, the content of acmeological approach and practical results of its implementation were analyzed in the educational process of higher medical institutions in the system «College – Academy». Ameological approach allows you to consider the training of future pharmacists in terms of perfection and harmony. Its goal is to create favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions that will maximally influence the formation of "professional competence, general education and culture, sociability, independence in decision-making and responsibility for your actions. It has been found that scientists believe that there is now a sharp contradiction between the requirement for future professional pharmacists during training and episodic use of the acmeological approach in the educational process. From a practical point of view, the introduction of the acmeological approach in the educational process of institutions of higher medical education, which prepare future pharmacists, will allow to actively influence the following three vectors, such as: the formation of a stable interest among students in the chosen profession; the purposeful development of personal-professional features and qualities that are necessary for the realization of the main functions; the organization of active professional selfimprovement and self-development in the process of professional training. This approach will significantly improve the educational process, as well as help to ensure the competitiveness of future bachelors in the market for providing pharmaceutical services to the population of Ukraine. It will help in the following aspects: the formation of students' desire for constant replenishment of knowledge; development of future professionals practical skills independently set and solve various problems of professional character; improvement of the ability to self-actualization of students both in the personal sphere and in the professional sphere (individual, personality, subject of activity).
