| Description: | In the present study the comparative results of the assessment of severity of acute pancreatitis, which are obtained when using predictive testing systems assessment of severity of patients are adduced. Systems assessment of disease severity with relatively high accuracy in predicting and assessing the severity of patients with acute pancreatitis. This accuracy of severe disease remains relatively low, which is a motivation to seek and create new, more sensitive and accurate prognostic systems.
