Модель системи формування готовності майбутніх соціальних працівників до організації волонтерської діяльності учнівської молоді

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуалізації моделювання в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх соці- альних працівників до організації волонтерської діяльності учнівської молоді в умовах закладів вищої освіти. Метою статті є обґрунтування моделі системи формування готовності майбутніх соціальних працівників до організації волонтерської діяльності учнівської молоді. Основними методами дослідження визначені аналіз, порівняння та синтез наукової літератури щодо проблеми моделювання педагогічних систем професійної підготовки фахівців; моделювання, абстрагування та проектування моделі системи професійної готовнос- ті майбутніх соціальних працівників до організації волонтерської діяльності учнівської молоді; системати- зація та узагальнення результатів моделювання. Запропонована авторська модель складається з чотирьох взаємопов’язаних структурних блоків: цільового, методологічного, організаційно-змістового та результа- тивного. Визначені блоки репрезентують основні структурні елементи системи формування готовності май- бутніх соціальних працівників до визначеної діяльності: мету, завдання, принципи, методологічні підходи, організаційно-педагогічні умови, компоненти та етапи формування готовності, їх змістове та організаційне забезпечення, критерії, показники, рівні та результат готовності.

The article substantiates the use of the modeling method in the system of professional training of future social workers. Modern socio-economic and political conditions require constant expansion of the directions of their activities and improvement of the process of professional training, in particular, in the field of volunteer activities for students. It is possible to ensure the realization of the aforementioned social need through the purposeful and systematic work to improve the content, forms and methods of training future social workers, aimed at forming their readiness for the organization of volunteer activity of students. The purpose of the article is to justify the model of the system of forming the future social workers’ readiness to organize the students’ volunteer activity. The main methods of research are the analysis, comparison and synthesis of scientific publications on the problem of modeling pedagogical systems of professional training specialists; modeling, abstracting and designing a model of the system of professional readiness of future social workers for the organization of volunteer activity of students; systematization and synthesis of modeling results. The proposed author's model consists of four interconnected structural units: target, methodological, organizational and content, productive. The target unit represents the purpose of the system, which is specified and revealed in the tasks. The methodological unit of the model is represented by methodological approaches (humanistic, systemic, personally oriented, competence, activity and integrative), general scientific principles (scientific, systematic and principle of consistency, relation of theory to practice, individual approach and professional orientation of training on the comprehensive, harmonious development of a student’s personality) and specific principles (humanism, voluntariness, social and personal significance and variability of volunteer activity). The organizational and content unit of the model of the system reveals the organizational and pedagogical conditions, components and stages of formation of readiness, the content (professional-oriented disciplines, volunteer practice, special course, activity of volunteer center) and organizational (forms, methods and means) of provision of professional training of future social workers to organization of volunteer activity of student youth. The productive block of the model is represented by criteria, indicators and levels of readiness, which allow determining its efficiency.
