Реалізація системи фундаменталізації професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників на засадах інтеграції інноваційних технологій

Abstract

Актуалізується проблема підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників, яка потребує відповідного оновлення освітнього змісту навчальних дисциплін та їх методичного наповнення, що уможливлене за фундаменталізації освіти. Метою статті є обґрунтування методики реалізації системи фундаменталізації професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників на засадах інтеграції інноваційних технологій. Для реалізації мети використані такі методи: вивчення, аналіз та узагальнення психолого-педагогічної літератури для окреслення педагогічних умов та компонентів готовності до майбутньої діяльності; методи порівняльного аналізу, синтезу, класифікації для зіставлення теоретичних і практичних підходи до розуміння структури готовності до фахової діяльності. Результатом є розроблена структура готовності до фахової діяльності, якою передбачено компоненти, критерії і показники готовності за фундаменталізації професійної підготовки на засадах інтеграції інноваційних технологій та окреслено педагогічні умови за яких уможливлена підготовка фахівця.

The problem of training of future social workers, which requires an appropriate updating of the educational contents of educational disciplines and their methodical content, which is possible with the fundamentalization of education, is actualized. The purpose of this article is to justify the method of implementation of the system of fundamentalization of the professional training of future social workers on the basis of the integration of innovative technologies. Such complementary methods as studying, analysis and generalization of psychological-pedagogical literature for the definition of pedagogical conditions and components of readiness for future activity; methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification, with the help of which the theoretical and practical approaches to understanding the structure of readiness for professional activity as a result of fundamentalization of professional training of students of the specialty "Social work" have been used to solve the tasks. The result is the author's structure of readiness for the professional activity of social workers, which provides content of components, criteria and indicators of readiness for the fundamentalization of professional training on the basis of the integration of innovative technologies. Component of readiness for the future professional activity reflects the interconnections between the main blocks: motivational-valuable, fundamental-cognitive, professionalactive and person-developmental. The distinguished criteria and indicators of readiness fully reveal the competent abilities of students to organize and implement systematic, independent, creative, educational and cognitive activities for the fundamentalization of professional training. The pedagogical conditions, under which it is possible to prepare a specialist in accordance with the requirements of time and its competitiveness in the labor market, is outlined. These conditions foresee the creation of a motivational-valuable educational environment in the process of fundamentalization of professional training; the direction of the disciplines of the cycle of professional training for the fundamentalization of knowledge; the use of virtual professionally-oriented situations and stimulating situational tasks in the educational process; the orientation of self-education activities of future social workers on the fundamentalization of professional training on the basis of integration of innovative technologies.

Актуализируется проблема подготовки будущих социальных работников, требующая соответствующего обновления образовательного содержания учебных дисциплин и их методического наполнения, что стало возможным за фундаментализации образования. Целью статьи является обоснование методики реализации системы фундаментализации профессиональной подготовки будущих социальных работников на основе интеграции инновационных технологий. Для решения поставленных задач использовались такие методы как изучение, анализ и обобщение психолого-педагогической литературы для определения педагогических условий и компонентов готовности к будущей деятельности; методы сравнительного анализа, синтеза, классификации, с помощью которых сопоставлялись теоретические и практические подходы к пониманию готовности к профессиональной деятельности. Результатом является разработанная структура готовности к профессиональной деятельности, которая предусматривает компоненты, критерии и показатели готовности к фундаментализации профессиональной подготовки на основе интеграции инновационных технологий и обозначены педагогические условия, при которых стала возможной подготовка специалиста.
