Description:	The treatment of patients with trophic ulcers motivated by CVI using the technique of epifascial perforantotomy does not require special training and long-term preoperative preparation of patients and prolonged stay in hospital. Can be performed in patients with large trophic ulcers. Does not require the use of the expensive equipment and training personnel in possession of this surgical equipment. It is a highly effective, lowtraumatic and cosmetic method to eliminate venous hypertension and gives possibility to achieve a good remote results.
