| Description: | The classification of complicated diabetic foot syndrome (DFS), as well as options for comprehensive care in different clinical manifestations of disease were presented. Classification is stipulated allocation of patients into four main groups based on clinical symptoms, anatomic location, presence of ischemia and infection. Describes in details the options for antibiotic therapy and hospital pre-treatment stages, taking into account the microbial landscape. Described therapy for the correction of metabolic and elektrolyte disorders. Describes the preparations for the anticoagulant, antiplatelet, and antioxidant therapy in complicated forms of the DFS. Covered surgical treatment of purulent-necrotic complications of the foot with a further plastic closure of wounds, as well as the principles of impurity treatment of primary purulent focus.
