| Abstract: | Проведений нами аналіз наукової літератури стосовно дослідження морфогенезу прямої кишки свідчить про несистематизованість та фрагментарність відомостей у ранньому періоді онтогенезу. Існують дис- кусійні повідомлення щодо впливу росту плода на темпи розвитку прямої кишки або впливу суміжних ор- ганів та структур на становлення її топографії. Відсутність комплексних досліджень щодо морфометричної характеристики та корелятивних взаємовідношень анатомічних частин прямої кишки в перинатальному періоді онтогенезу потребують подальшого вивчення. | Description: | A bibliographical research of the morphogenesis of the rectum is indicative of nonsystematization and fragmentaziness of the information at an early stage of ontogenesis. There exist debatable reports pertaining to the influence of fetal growth on the rates of the development of the rectum or the influence of the adjacent organs and structures on the forming of its topography. The absence of complex investigations in relation to the morphometric characteristics and correlative interralations of the anatomical parts of the rectum in the perinatal period of ontogenesis requize further research.
