Макрорегуляторне забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних ТНК

Abstract

У статті наведений аналіз тенденцій становлення та розвитку українських ТНК як одного із стратегічних пріоритетів державної політики, яка за умови створення відповідного зовнішнього середовища сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності економіки і за рахунок ексклюзивних можливостей ТНК дасть змогу певною мірою захистити національні економічні інтереси, сприятиме подальшому розвитку українських господарських структур, інтернаціо- налізації їх виробництва і капіталу, інтеграції України в світову економіку, її участі в глобальних трансформаційних процесах. І це не випадково, адже на початку XXI століття немає жодного значного процесу в світовій економіці, що відбувався би без участі ТНК. Вони виступають основною силою, яка формує сучасний і майбутній вигляд світу, беруть пряму і непряму участь у світовому політичному процесі і політичних процесах у різних країнах.

В статье представлен анализ тенденций становления и развития украинских ТНК как одного из страте- гических приоритетов государственной политики при условии создания соответствующей внешней среды, способство- вать повышению конкурентоспособности экономики и за счет эксклюзивных возможностей ТНК позволит в опреде- ленной степени защитить национальные экономические интересы, способствовать дальнейшему развитию украинских хозяйственных структур, интернационализации их производства и капитала, интеграции Украины в мировую экономи- ку, ее участия в глобальных трансформационных процессах. И это неслучайно, ведь в начале XXI века нет ни одного значительного процесса в мировой экономике, который происходил бы без участия ТНК. Они выступают основной силой, формирующей современный и будущий облик мира, принимают прямое и косвенное участие в мировом полити- ческом процессе и политических процессах в разных странах.

One of the most important features of the development of the modern world is the globalization of the world economy, leading to an increase in the interdependence of national economies and various processes in the world economy. The development of the world economy since the beginning of the 90s of the XX century. took place in conditions of further deepening the internationalization of all aspects of economic activity. The whole world is becoming the arena of the activities of leading transnational corporations (TNCs), the international division of labor is deepening, the volumes, dynamics and importance of foreign trade and international economic relations increase many times over. Deepening economic integration based on the new level of development of the productive forces is the essence of economic globalization. The most important areas of globalization are financial globalization, globalization of the activities of major international companies, intensification and changes in world trade, regionalization of the economy, as well as the transition of leading countries to the information economy. The article presents an analysis of the trends in the formation and development of Ukrainian TNCs, as one of the strategic priorities of state policy, subject to the creation of an appropriate external environment, to help increase the competitiveness of the economy and, through the exclusive capabilities of TNCs, will to some extent protect national economic interests, contribute to the further development of Ukrainian economic structures, the internationalization of their production and capital, the integration of Ukraine into the world economy, its participation in global transformation processes. And this is not accidental, because at the beginning of the XXI century there is not a single significant process in the global economy that would occur without the participation of TNCs. They are the main force shaping the modern and future face of the world, they are directly and indirectly involved in the global political process and political processes in different countries. Therefore, in the time of the transformation of the economy of Ukraine it is very important to develop the national TNC that will be competitive on the international level and help our country to become more wealthy.
