Методологічні аспекти оцінювання фінансового стану малих підприємств

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано сучасну економічну ситуацію в державі. Окреслено місце та роль малих під- приємств у структурі національної економіки. Названо характерні особливості функціонування малих підприємств. Вивчено розвиток малого бізнесу в Україні через динаміку кількості малих підприємств у структурі загальної кількості суб`єктів господарювання. Проаналізовано існуючі наукові напрацювання у сфері оцінювання фінансового стану під- приємства. Виокремлено основну відмінність між традиційним фінансовим обліком та обліком фінансових результатів для малих підприємств. Досліджено можливості використання існуючого інструментарію фінансового аналізу для ма- лого бізнесу. Розвинуто методику оцінювання фінансового стану малих суб`єктів господарювання.

В статье охарактеризована современная экономическая ситуация в государстве. Определены место и роль малых предприятий в структуре национальной экономики. Названы особенности функционирования малых предприятий. Изучено развитие малого бизнеса в Украине на основе динамики количества малых предприятий в структуре общего количе- ства субъектов предпринимательской деятельности. Проанализированы существующие научные наработки в области оценки финансового состояния предприятия. Выделено основное отличие между традиционным финансовым учетом и учетом фи- нансовых результатов для малых предприятий. Исследованы возможности использования существующего инструментария финансового анализа для малого бизнеса. Развита методика оценки финансового состояния малых субъектов хозяйствования.

The article describes the current economic situation in the state. The place and role of small enterprises in the national economy structure are outlined. The functioning characteristic features of small enterprises are named. The small business development in Ukraine is studied due to the dynamics of small enterprises number in the the total enterprises number. The existing scientific developments in the evaluation field of the financial condition are analyzed. The main difference between traditional financial accounting and accounting of financial results for small enterprises is singled out. The possibilities of using existing financial analysis tools for small business are explored. The estimating method of the small business financial condition entities is developed. Economic development is based on a small business. That’s why small enterprises are so important for the national economy competitiveness. High dynamism allows to adapt to the variability of the external environment. Flexibility of the organizational structure is adapted to market requirements. A lot of small enterprises appeared on the market every year and a lot of them become bankrupt. Financial analysis can help small business to become more stronger, more predictable and less vulnerable. That`s why financial analysis of small enterprises is so actual today. The analysis of the financial position in the national economic literature researched. The methods of financial analysis developed. But there are strong difference between traditional and small enterprises. Financial results recorded in different way. So today we need to develop methods and indicators of financial condition especially for small businnes.
