Споживання домогосподарств в країнах Центральної та Східної Європи

Abstract

У статті визначено споживання домогосподарств як важливий показник розвитку економіки країни. Ви- значено сутність та особливості домогосподарств, а також структуру доходів та видатків домогосподарств. Окреслено країни, які належать до регіону Центрально-Східної Європи. Проаналізовано структуру споживчих видатків домогос- подарств країн Центрально-Східної Європи та інших країн Європи. Окреслено питому вагу видатків на харчування у сукупних споживчих видатках домогосподарств в окремих країнах Центрально-Східної та Західної Європи. Здійснено аналіз динаміки зміни частки видатків на продукти харчування у загальних споживчих видатках домогосподарств окре- мих країн ЦСЄ. Визначено взаємозв’язок між рівнем доходів домогосподарств та часткою видатків на харчування в окремих країнах Центрально-Східної та Західної Європи.

В статье обозначено потребление домохозяйств как важный показатель развития экономики страны. Определена сущность и особенности домохозяйств, а также структура доходов и расходов домохозяйств. Очерчены страны, принадлежащие к региону Центральной и Восточной Европы. Проанализирована структура потребительских расходов домохозяйств стран Центрально-Восточной Европы и других стран Европы. Определен удельный вес рас- ходов на питание в совокупных потребительских расходах домохозяйств в отдельных странах Центрально-Восточной и Западной Европы. Осуществлен анализ динамики изменения доли расходов на продукты питания в общих потреби- тельских расходах домохозяйств отдельных стран ЦВЕ. Определена взаимосвязь между уровнем доходов домохозяйств и долей расходов на питание отдельных странах Центрально-Восточной и Западной Европы.

The article indicates household consumption as an important indicator of the development of a country's economy. The essence and features of households, the structure of household income and expenditure are determined. Countries that belong to the region of Central and Eastern Europe are identified. Household consumption is an important indicator of the wellbeing of the population, that fully reflects the main trends in the market transformation of the domestic economy. The purpose of this paper is to analyze household consumption in CEE countries. The systematic approach is used in this paper to study the consumption of households in Central and Eastern Europe.. The dynamics of expenditures on food products of households of countries of Central and Eastern Europe for the period of 2000-2016 years are analyzed. The analysis of 2016 statistical data on the structure of consumer expenditures of households in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe is shown in this paper. In this paper, the features of household consumption in Central and Eastern Europe are analyzed. The structure of consumer spending of households in Central and Eastern Europe and other European countries is analyzed. The specific weight of food expenditures in total consumer expenditures of households in selected countries of Central-Eastern and Western Europe has been determined. While analyzing the structure of consumer spending in households in Europe, it should be noted that the EU- 28 average share of food expenditures over the past two decades is in the range of 12.0-12.5% of the level of total consumption expenditures. The analysis of the dynamics of changes in the share of expenditures on food in the total consumer spending of households in individual CEE countries was carried out. The relationship between household incomes and the share of food expenditures in selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe has been determined. Comparative analysis of consumer expenditures of households in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe was carried out. The features of household consumption of Ukraine in comparison with other countries of Europe are outlined.
