Сутність та критерії оцінювання інклюзивного розвитку підприємств

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність категорії «інклюзивний розвиток» та його значення на сучасному етапі. Осно- вним завданням є дослідження сутності та обґрунтування критеріїв оцінювання інклюзивного розвитку підприємств. Обґрунтування інклюзивного розвитку підприємства доповнюється критеріями, за допомогою яких простежується вплив різноманітних видів ресурсів, таких як людські, матеріальні, енергетичні, фінансові, інформаційні та екологічні, та його загальна ефективність на зростання підприємства. Обґрунтовано систему одиничних показників та алгоритм їх розрахунку для оцінки інклюзивного розвитку підприємств. Наведена методика розрахунку інтегрального критерію інклюзивного зростання підприємства за коефіцієнтами та їх питомою вагою, а також шкала оцінювання рівня розвитку підприємств залежно від отриманого значення показника.

В статье раскрыта сущность категории «инклюзивное развитие» и его значение на современном этапе. Основной задачей является исследование сущности и обоснование критериев оценки инклюзивного развития предпри- ятий. Обоснование инклюзивного развития предприятия дополняется критериями, с помощью которых прослеживает- ся влияние различных видов ресурсов, таких как человеческие, материальные, энергетические, финансовые, информа- ционные и экологические, и общая эффективность роста предприятия. Обоснована система единичных показателей и алгоритм их расчета для оценки инклюзивного развития предприятий. Представлена методика расчета интегрального критерия инклюзивного роста предприятия по коэффициентам и их удельному весу, а также шкала оценки уровня раз- вития предприятий в зависимости от полученного значения показателя.

The article reveals the essence of the category of “inclusive development” and its significance at the present stage both in economic sciences and in other spheres of human life. The main task is to study the essence and justification of the criteria of assessing the inclusive development of enterprises, because the question of inclusiveness at the micro level is paid a little attention. An assessment of inclusive development of the enterprise is important, because business entities play an important role in the development of regions and the state. To formulate and evaluate the criteria of inclusive development of enterprises, a scientific abstraction has been applied to highlight the most significant aspects using the methods of analysis and synthesis. The justification of the inclusive development of the enterprise is supplemented by the criteria by which the influence of human, material, energy, financial, information, ecological resources and its overall efficiency on the growth of the enterprise is traced. The system of individual indicators and algorithm of their calculation for the estimation of inclusive development of enterprises are substantiated. The method of calculating the integral criterion of inclusive growth of the enterprise by the coefficients and their specific weight, as well as the scale of assessment of the level of development of enterprises, depending on the received value of the indicator, is given. Using the proposed methodology for integrated assessment of inclusive growth of the enterprise will provide reliable information about the values of indices of human, material, energy, financial, information, ecological resources, as well as the value of the indicator of overall efficiency, and on their basis – about the high, relevant or limited level of development of the enterprise. As a result of receiving the calculated value of the indicator, it can be detected the need to develop a management recommendation aimed at the growth and development of the enterprise. The calculation of the integral indicator should be carried out according to the data of the enterprises of one branch and the region of their functioning.
