Конкурентоспроможність агропромислової галузі в контексті розвитку інтеграційної взаємодії

Abstract

У роботі пропонується науковий підхід до визначення місця і значення підвищення рівня конкуренто- спроможності агропромислової галузі в контексті розвитку інтеграційних процесів завдяки налагодженню механізму стабільної й ефективної взаємодії. Система вчень підкріплена вагомим багажем досліджень, і на достатньому рівні вивчене питання дає більші та ефективніші результати, ніж ті, якими займалися менше, що говорить про актуальність вибраної теми. Досліджено та висвітлено основні теоретичні положення інтеграційних процесів в аграрній сфері. Ви- значено, що розвиток інтеграційних процесів в аграрному секторі економіки України сприятиме формуванню його конкурентоспроможної структури та, відповідно, підвищенню рівня конкурентоспроможності галузі. Встановлено нор- мативно-законодавче підґрунтя для стимулювання організаційно-правових трансформацій господарюючих суб’єктів аграрної сфери.

В работе предлагается научный подход к определению места и значения повышения уровня конкурен- тоспособности агропромышленной отрасли в контексте развития интеграционных процессов благодаря налаживанию системы стабильного и эффективного взаимодействия. Система учений подкреплена весомым багажом исследований, и на достаточном уровне изученный вопрос дает большие и эффективные результаты, нежели те, которыми занимались меньше, что говорит об актуальности выбранной темы. Исследованы и освещены основные теоретические положения интеграционных процессов в аграрной сфере. Определено, что развитие интеграционных процессов в аграрном секто- ре экономики Украины будет способствовать формированию его конкурентоспособной структуры и, соответственно, повышению уровня конкурентоспособности отрасли. Установлена нормативно-законодательная база для стимулирова- ния организационно-правовых трансформаций хозяйствующих субъектов аграрной сферы.

The paper proposes a scientific approach to defining the place and importance of increasing the competitiveness of the agroindustrial sector in the context of the development of integration processes through the establishment of a mechanism for stable and effective interaction. The essence of integration processes and their strengthening due to their allocation as a modern innovation mechanism for ensuring sustainable development of agriculture are considered. Agroindustrial integration and integrated agroindustrial structures are considered as an effective instrument to improve the competitiveness of the sector due to sectoral consolidation of production capacities, a combination of material, financial, and labour resources. Agroindustrial integration is viewed as an effective mechanism for solving a number of important tasks of industrial agricultural production. The system of doctrines is confirmed by weighty research luggage and, at an adequate level, the studied issue gives more and more effective results than those that were less studied, which indicates the relevance of the chosen topic. Attention is paid to organizational and legal support for the activity of integrated structures in the agrarian sector. Influence of integration processes on the socio-economic environment and competitiveness of the sector is considered through the prism of integrated structures as illustrated by cooperatives, agroholdings, and clusters. Cooperation is seen as a form of horizontal integration and an effective tool for solving socio-economic problems in the countryside. Agroholding associations are revealed through substantial consolidation of production capacities of agricultural producers. In the study, an important place belongs to clusters which are a result of vertical integration interaction and include not only commodity producers but also public authorities, scientific and technical institutions and organizations. The positive influence of integrated agroindustrial structures on competitive growth is considered.
