Утворення ціни нафтопродуктів в Україні

Abstract

У роботі здійснено аналіз залежності між цінами нафти марки Brent, курсів валют та цінами на нафто- продукти в Україні в 2018 р. Усі вихідні дані для аналізу взято з відкритих джерел. Встановлено величину часового лага між змінами світових цін на нафту, курсів валют і змінами цін на АЗС. Вибіркова сукупність досліджувалася в повно- му обсязі. Побудовано лінійні економетричні моделі та моделі Кобба-Дугласа. У всіх випадках виконано дослідження на наявність гетероскедастичності, мультиколінеарності та автокореляції залишків. Перевірено характер розподілу залишків у всіх 24 моделях. Проведено порівняльний аналіз результатів. Використовувалися математичні методи (ко- реляційно-регресійний аналіз) та інструментарій комп’ютерних програм Micrsoft Office Excel, Statistica, статистична інформація, а також дані споживачів.

Установлена величина часового лага между изменениями мировых цен на нефть, курсов валют и изменениями цен на АЗС. Выбо- рочная совокупность исследовалась в полном объеме. Построены линейные эконометрические модели и модели Кобба- Дугласа. Во всех случаях выполнено исследование на наличие гетероскедастичности, мультиколлинеарности и авто- корреляции остатков. Проверен характер распределения остатков во всех 24 моделях. Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов. Использовались математические методы (корреляционно-регрессионный анализ) и инструментарий ком- пьютерных программ Micrsoft Office Excel, Statistica, статистическая информация, а также данные потребителей.

Prices for gasoline and diesel fuel are perhaps the most uncertain figures in Ukraine. It seems that the prices for gas stations change without reasons and rules, but this is only at first glance. As global fluctuations are short-lived, Ukrainian networks sometimes simply do not have time to react to them - and we do not notice the rise in oil prices in the world market. Unfortunately, for the same reason, we do not usually notice when prices become cheaper. The price of a liter of gasoline and diesel fuel is determined by three components: the purchase price of petroleum products, the level of taxes and costs of operators. Purchase price (price on the border) includes the cost of recycled oil, the cost of its transportation, earnings of the oil refiner and the trader's margin. The specifics of the petroleum market are such that virtually all of these factors depend on many factors and objectively cannot remain stable for a long time. This is especially true of the first two terms. Another 2-3% of the price is logistics: transportation (taking into account product losses), conditional fixed costs of gas stations (electricity, water, security, collection, salary of employees, repayment of loans). As you know, fuel prices depend on the oil from which it is made. The cost of fuel is affected by the balance of demand and supply of oil in the world, as well as the situation on financial markets. Natural cataclysms and technological failures that lead to reduced production, pushing the price of barrel up. The volume of oil on the market depends, in particular, on the policy of the cartel countries-extractors (OPEC). Taking into account the conditions in the world, this organization approves quota drilling rights for each member, thereby maintaining the optimal level of prices, according to the cartel. In addition, there is now a phenomenon such as a resource shortage of supply. There is a long link between the value of oil in the world and the price of fuel in Ukraine, which is influenced by many factors. The main ones are really external: prices for oil and petroleum products in Europe, forecasts for them. The price of oil entails the wholesale cost of fuel in Europe, which affects the wholesale market in Ukraine and only then – the prices of our gas stations.
