Аналіз та перспективи розвитку транспортної галузі України з позиції автотранспортних підприємств

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню результатів діяльності суб’єктів господарювання, які здійснюють ван- тажоперевезення автомобільним транспортом, та транспортної галузі в цілому. Наведено основні переваги та недоліки кожного виду транспорту, що функціонує в Україні. Проаналізовано основні фінансові результати діяльності транспорт- ної галузі. Досліджено обсяги міжнародних вантажоперевезень автомобільним транспортом (експорт-імпорт). Прове- дено порівняльний аналіз обсягів перевезення українськими автомобільними транспортними компаніями з компаніями інших європейських країн. Досліджено тенденцію зміни рентабельності вантажоперевезень. На основі отриманих ре- зультатів виокремлено низку основних заходів, які необхідно вжити для забезпечення сталого розвитку транспортної галузі та національної економіки України у цілому.

Статья посвящена исследованию результатов деятельности субъектов хозяйствования, осуществляю- щих грузоперевозки автомобильным транспортом, и транспортной отрасли в целом. Приведены основные преимуще- ства и недостатки каждого вида транспорта, функционирующего в Украине. Проанализированы основные финансовые результаты деятельности транспортной отрасли. Исследованы объемы международных грузоперевозок автомобильным транспортом (экспорт-импорт). Проведен сравнительный анализ объемов перевозок украинскими автомобильными транспортными компаниями с компаниями других европейских стран. Исследована тенденция изменения рентабельно- сти грузоперевозок. На основе полученных результатов выделен ряд основных мероприятий, которые необходимо осу- ществить для обеспечения устойчивого развития транспортной отрасли и национальной экономики Украины в целом.

In today's socio-economic environment, the effective conduct of economic activity by business entities, including motor transport enterprises, intersects with the level of their protection from the negative impact of external and internal destabilization factors. To date, in order to promote competitiveness and growth of the economy, many measures are being implemented that are designed to create a space for the development of entrepreneurship as the main element of the national economy. But despite this, in today's realities there is a situation characterized by imperfection of the legislative framework and antimonopoly policy, high tax burden, rising fuel prices and corruption. Under such conditions an automobile transport company, in a dynamic environment where there is always a prerequisite for the threat of any nature, and in the absence of guarantees of protection from the state, is forced to put its security in the first place. The urgency of this issue encourages the constant search for new effective mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. The article is devoted to the study of the results of the activity of business entities, which carry out cargo transportation by road transport and transport industry in general. The main advantages and disadvantages of each type of transport operating in Ukraine are presented. The main financial results of activity of business entities of the transport industry are analyzed. The volume of international cargo transportation by motor transport (export-import) is investigated. A comparative analysis of the volumes of transportation by Ukrainian motor transport companies with companies of other European countries was conducted. The tendency of changes in profitability of cargo transportation is investigated. On the basis of the obtained results, a number of key measures are identified that need to be implemented to ensure the sustainable development of the transport sector and, as a consequence, the national economy of Ukraine. After all, the key to strengthening the fundamental foundations for a steady development of the Ukrainian economy is to ensure the stability of the transport industry.
