Міжнародна торгівля нафтою: характеристики мережі та моделі ринкової кон’юнктури

Abstract

Світовий ринок нафти, особливості і тенденції міжнародної торгівлі сирою нафтою впливають на кон- курентоспроможність окремих галузей та цілих національних економік. Від параметрів кон’юнктури нафтового ринку залежить енергетична безпека імпортерів. Особливо важливі результати прогнозування цінових коливань нафти для країн із перехідною економікою, у т. ч. для України. У статті подано результати дослідження сучасного стану та пер- спектив розвитку міжнародної торгівлі сирою нафтою. Досліджено структуру і характеристики мережі світової торгівлі нафтою. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз існуючих моделей міжнародної торгівлі нафтою. Виявлено тенденції зміни па- раметрів кон’юнктури нафтового ринку і чинники впливу на них. Визначено напрями використання існуючих моделей нафтового ринку в процесі формування стратегії енергозабезпечення України.

Мировой рынок нефти, особенности и тенденции международной торговли сырой нефтью влияют на конкурентоспособность отдельных отраслей и целых национальных экономик. От параметров конъюнктуры нефтяного рынка зависит энергетическая безопасность импортеров. Особенно важны результаты прогнозирования ценовых коле- баний нефти для стран с переходной экономикой, в т. ч. для Украины. В статье представлены результаты исследования современного состояния и перспектив развития международной торговли сырой нефтью. Исследованы структура и характеристики сети мировой торговли нефтью. Осуществлен сравнительный анализ существующих моделей между- народной торговли нефтью. Выявлены тенденции изменения параметров конъюнктуры нефтяного рынка и факторы влияния на них. Определены направления использования существующих моделей нефтяного рынка в процессе форми- рования стратегии энергообеспечения Украины.

The global oil market, the peculiarities and trends of international crude oil trade affect the competitiveness of individual industries and entire national economies. The energy security of the importers depends from the parameters of the oil market situation. The results of forecasting oil price fluctuations for transition economies, including Ukraine, are especially important. The development of the world oil market is linked to the factors of demand and supply, the impact of which is heterogeneous in different parts of the world. On the supply side, it is the improvement of oil extraction and production, development of technologies for the unconventional hydrocarbons extraction and processing. On the demand side, it is an increase in consumption by underdeveloped economies, the implementation of energy saving technologies and diversification of energy sources. The share of oil in global energy consumption is declining. The results of the world oil market research and trends in international trade prove that physical volume of trade has a growth potential in the next decade, but in the structure of trade turnover the share of oil extracted by non-traditional methods will increase. The main method of research is a comparative analysis of existing oil market models by key parameters(universality, time forecasting interval, reliability of forecasts, probability of system errors occurrence).The statistical base of international organizations and major oil producers served as the information base of the study. The article presents the results of research on the current state and prospects of the development of international crude oil trade. The structure and characteristics of the network of world oil trade are investigated. The comparative analysis of existing models of international oil trade is carried out. The tendencies of changing the parameters of the oil market conjuncture and factors influencing them are revealed. The directions of using of existing oil market models in the process of Ukraine energy supply strategy formation are determined. In the future, the results will be the basis for developing economic and mathematical model of the Eurasian oil market.
