Експорт як чинник економічного зростання України в умовах міжнародної інтеграції

Abstract

У статті визначено вплив експорту на виконання завдань економічного розвитку країн в умовах розвитку інтеграційних процесів. Досліджено еволюцію теоретичних основ та положень міжнародних торгових відносин, визна- чено етапи розвитку теорій міжнародної торгівлі, їх специфічні моделі; розглянуто ефекти моделей впливу експорту на економічне зростання, які класифіковані на динамічні та статичні. Проведено аналіз процесів розвитку експорту Укра- їни в країни Європейського Союзу, охарактеризовано проблеми товарної структури експорту України за останні роки. Визначено основні інструменти торгового фінансування експортних операцій. Доведено, що перешкоджають зростан- ню обсягів експорту проблеми фінансування потреб інноваційного розвитку підприємств України та наявність великої кількості незавантажених виробничих потужностей.

В статье определено влияние экспорта на выполнение задач экономического развития стран в усло- виях развития интеграционных процессов. Исследована эволюция теоретических основ и положений международных торговых отношений, определены этапы развития теории международной торговли, их специфические модели; рас- смотрены эффекты моделей влияния экспорта на экономический рост, которые классифицированы на динамические и статичные. Проведен анализ процессов развития экспорта Украины в страны Европейского Союза, охарактеризованы проблемы товарной структуры экспорта Украины за последние годы. Определены основные инструменты торгового финансирования экспортных операций. Доказано, что препятствуют росту объема экспорта проблемы финансирования потребностей инновационного развития предприятий Украины и наличие большого количества незагруженных произ- водственных мощностей.

This Article defines the influence of exports on the economic development goals of countries undergoing the integration processes. The evolution of theoretical foundations and provisions of international trade relations were investigated; stages of the development of international trade theories, their specific models were determined; the effects of export influence models on economic growth, which are classified as the dynamic and the static ones, were considered. It is proved that the export development trend in Ukraine leads to the loss of markets (in the CIS countries in particular) and a shift towards the developed countries' markets, especially in recent years (towards the European Union markets.) These changes have led to the subordination of the development of the economic interests of new partners, who are primarily interested in products with a low processing degree. The formation of such a structure, on the one hand, is a factor strengthening the raw material orientation of our country's exports, and on the other, it consolidates the existing inefficient sectoral structure of the regional exports. The Article analyses the processes of Ukraine's exports development in the EU Member States, and defines the problems faced by the commodity structure of Ukraine's exports in recent years. The main export development trends in Ukraine are defined. They are: loss of target markets (in the CIS countries, in particular) and the reorientation to the developed countries' markets, especially in recent years, to the markets of the EU Member States. It has been argued that these changes have led to the subordination of the development of the economic interests of new partners, who are primarily interested in products with a low processing degree. The formation of such a structure, on the one hand, is a factor strengthening the raw material orientation of our country's exports, and on the other, it consolidates the existing inefficient sectorial structure of the regional exports. The trade financing basic tools of export operations are determined. It has been proved that financing the needs of the innovation development of Ukrainian enterprises and unloaded production capacities hinder the growth of export volumes.
