Проблеми розвитку наукової та інноваційної діяльності в Україні, основні шляхи їх подолання

Abstract

У статті порушено тему актуальності наукової та інноваційної діяльності підприємств в Україні. Про- аналізовані останні дослідження та публікації, виділені основні науковці, що займались дослідженням цієї теми. Ви- значено основні особливості інноваційного розвитку та інноваційної діяльності. Проаналізовано кількість науковців та наукових організацій, обсяг наукових та науково-технічних робіт, інноваційну активність підприємств України та дже- рела фінансування інноваційної діяльності. Основну увагу приділено виокремленню основних проблем, що стримують інноваційну діяльність промислових підприємств.

В статье нарушена тема актуальности научной и инновационной деятельности предприятий в Украине. Проанализированы последние исследования и публикации, выделены основные ученые, которые занимались иссле- дованием этой темы. Определены основные особенности инновационного развития и инновационной деятельности. Проанализированы количество ученых и научных организаций, объем научных и научно-технических работ, инно- вационная активность предприятий Украины и источники финансирования инновационной деятельности. Основное внимание уделено выделению основных проблем, которые сдерживают инновационную деятельность промышленных предприятий.

Implementation of innovations can be called the necessary condition for the development of production, improving the quality of products and the growth of production capacity of the enterprise, therefore, continuous improvement of quality with the use of innovative technologies should become a priority area of development of enterprises. At present, the state of innovation activity in Ukraine can be considered as not corresponding to the current level of development of innovative processes in countries for which innovation development is the main direction of economic strategy. The main constraint of innovation activity is the lack of funds to finance innovation. This is largely due to the low degree of interest of economic actors in investing capital in innovative processes. The other side of this problem – the state cannot always only subsidize. The massive involvement of private and bank capital in lending and investing in new research and its implementation is necessary. The existing procedure for funding state science and technology programs, as a rule, does not ensure the achievement of the specified final results. In the article the theme of actuality of scientific and innovative activity of enterprises is broken in Ukraine. The analysis of the last researches and publications is conducted, and also basic research workers which were engaged in research of this theme are selected. The basic features of innovative development and innovative activity are selected and described. It is analyzed amount of research workers and scientific organizations, volume of the advanced and scientific and technical studies, innovative activity of enterprises of Ukraine and sourcing innovative activity. Basic attention in the article is spared the selection of basic problems which restrain innovative activity of industrial enterprises.
