Економічна безпека в системі сталого функціонування підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню поняття «економічна безпека підприємства». Розглянуто поняття безпе- ки, економічної безпеки, а також зв’язок цих визначень з призначенням організації; визначено проблеми забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства (установи) на макро-, мезо- та мікрорівнях функціонування й розвитку народного господарства. Сформульовано основні умови, фактори та загрози, що впливають на економічну безпеку підприємства. Описано критерії, на основі яких можна зробити висновок про стан економічної безпеки підприємства. Визначено, що в сучасних умовах процес сталого функціонування, розвитку, оптимізації та раціоналізації виробництва вітчизняних підприємств багато в чому залежить від удосконалення їх діяльності у сфері забезпечення економічної безпеки.

Статья посвящена определению понятия «экономическая безопасность предприятия» Рассмотрены по- нятия безопасности, экономической безопасности, а также связь этих определений с назначением организации; опреде- лены проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия (учреждения) на макро-, мезо-, и микроуровнях функционирования и развития народного хозяйства. Сформулированы основные условия, факторы и угрозы, влияющие на экономическую безопасность предприятия. Описаны критерии, на основе которых можно сделать вывод о состоянии экономической безопасности предприятия. Определено, что в современных условиях процесс устойчивого функцио- нирования, развития, оптимизации и рационализации производства отечественных предприятий во многом зависит от совершенствования их деятельности в сфере обеспечения экономической безопасности.

The article is devoted to the definition of the concept economic security of the enterprise security concept, economic security, as well as the relationship of these definitions with the purpose of the organization, the problems of enterprise economic security at the macro, mezo, and micro levels of national economy functioning and development. The basic conditions, factors and threats affecting the economic security of the enterprise are formulated. The article describes the criteria on the basis of which it can be concluded about the state of enterprise economic security. It is determined that in modern conditions the process of sustainable operation, development, optimization and rationalization of domestic enterprises production largely depends on the improvement of their activities in the field of economic security. In modern conditions, the problem of economic security is relevant, since enterprises operate under various external and internal risks, and the competitive environment hides numerous threats. This circumstance requires the subjects of enterprise management to build a comprehensive system aimed at improving the level of economic security. The current crisis situation and the modernization processes of the country determine the conduct of targeted activities in the field of enterprises economic security. The strategic questions concerning management of enterprise economic security are defined. The article presents the structure of economic security, taking into account the innovative component. It is innovations that are the basis for ensuring the innovative component of the enterprise economic security system. In ensuring the innovative component of economic security, the main condition is the observance and implementation of enterprise interests, and innovative security is directly aimed at the formation of the necessary and sufficient conditions for increasing the possibilities of creating and using innovations: product, technological, economic, organizational and social, in order to develop and implement the products and technologies competitiveness at the level of international standards.
