Концептуальні засади оргаізації управління бізнес-процесами сучасних логістичних систем

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічні основи організації управління бізнес-процесами сучасних логістичних систем на прикладі визнаних підходів до управління логістикою. Докладно розглянуто сутність та харак- терні риси японської концепції «точно в строк», її переваги, недоліки та специфічні особливості на сучасному етапі розвитку. Висвітлено сучасну концепцію ощадливого виробництва, обґрунтовано її ефективність застосування разом із попередньо описаною «точно в строк» “Just in time”. На прикладі однієї з найбільших торгових мереж магазинів «Вол- март» розглянуто ефективну схему організації поставки товарів, а саме крос-докінг. Стаття також охоплює питання реінжинірингу логістичних процесів на підприємстві як необхідного заходу задля ефективного впровадження сучасних інструментів оптимізації логістичних процесів. Авторами надано практичні рекомендації вітчизняним підприємствам щодо оптимізації логістичних систем.

В статье рассмотрены теоретико-методологические основы организации управления бизнес-процес- сами современных логистических систем на примере признанных подходов к управлению логистикой. Подробно рас- смотрены сущность и характерные черты японской концепции «точно в срок», ее преимущества, недостатки и спец- ифические особенности на современном этапе развития. Освещена современная концепция бережливого производства, обоснована ее эффективность применения вместе с предварительно описанной «точно в срок» “Just in time”. На при- мере одной из крупнейших торговых сетей магазинов «Волмарт» рассмотрена эффективная схема организации по- ставки товаров, а именно кросс-докинг. Статья также охватывает вопрос реинжиниринга логистических процессов на предприятии как необходимой меры для эффективного внедрения современных инструментов оптимизации логисти- ческих процессов. Авторами даны практические рекомендации отечественным предприятиям касательно оптимизации логистических систем

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of business process management of modern logistics systems on the example of recognized approaches to the logistics management. The essence and features of the Japanese concept “Just in time” are considered in detail. The main goal of the Just in time concept is the gradual reduction of inventories, through active collaboration with suppliers to ensure that resources are received at the exact time, place and in a certain amount. The disadvantages of this approach are mainly related to transport costs, the negative consequences of their growth and the need to form a reliable supplier base. The modern concept of economical production aimed at achieving a high level of product quality, formation of a flexible system of reaction to changes in consumer demand and optimization of production and logistic processes at the enterprise are highlighted. It is these features that organically complement and make effective use of the concept of economical production together with the previously described concept “Just in time”. An example of one of the largest shopping malls – the “Walmart” stores is the effective scheme for organizing the supply of goods, namely, cross-docking. The cross-docking system allows reducing the cost of storing storage facilities, as delivery and transfer processes are carried out without prior placement in the warehouse, thereby minimizing inventory volumes. The article also addresses the issue of reengineering logistics processes at the enterprise as a necessary measure for the effective implementation of modern tools for optimizing logistics processes, in the context of introducing the strategic concepts of logistics management systems previously mentioned. The authors provided practical recommendations to domestic enterprises on optimization of logistics systems, the main of which is the formation of a flexible industrial structure of the enterprise, direct orientation of enterprise management to meet the needs of the end user, organization of continuous process of product quality control and the high-level formation of corporate culture at all levels of management of the organization.
