PROBLEM OF LEGAL EDUCATION OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS ON COMPUTER FIELD

Abstract

The present article concerns the problem of legal education of students studying in a computer field. Here are analyzed basic contradictions and peculiarities of this process. The legal education is considered as one of the main priorities of the educational process as a whole. The article also contains the features of the student’s personal development in the process of effectively – based studying in the institution of higher education. Disclosed the basic substructure of the student's personality, which made it possible to describe the relationship between individual and psychological traits of personality to predict the professional level, analyzed the theoretical principles of the legal education of students in the institutions of higher education, review the categories of legal education in the functioning of the institutions of higher education. In this article are analyzed the theoretical principles of the legal education of students training in the information areas in the institutions of higher education, are given the categories of legal education in the development of computer studies of European Higher School. The article is devoted to current issues of modern educational space, particularly to the problems of legal education of future specialists of the computer industry. Here are identified and characterized the semantic and functional characteristics of the educational environment of legal education of future specialists of the computer industry.

В статье рассматривается проблема правового воспитания студентов компьютерной сферы обучения. Анализируются базовые противоречия и особенности этого процесса. Правовое воспитание рассматривается в качестве одного из приоритетных направлений воспитательного процесса в целом. Содержанием статьи являются также особенности развития личности студента в процессе действенно-ориентированного обучения в высшем учебном заведении. Раскрыты основные подструктуры личности студента, что дало возможность описать взаимосвязь индивидуально-психологических свойств личности с целью прогнозирования профессионального уровня, проанализированы теоретические принципы правовового воспитания студентов в высших учебных заведениях, рассмотренны категории правового воспитания в условиях функционирования высшего учебного заведения. В данной статье проанализированы теоретические принципы правового воспитания студентов информационных направлений подготовки в высших учебных заведениях, рассмотрены категории правового воспитания в условиях развития компьютерной учебы европейской высшей школы. Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам современного воспитательного пространства, в частности проблемам правового воспитания будущих специалистов компьютерной отрасли. Определены и охарактеризированы смысловые и функциональные характеристики педагогических условий правового воспитания будущих специалистов компьютерной отрасли.
