| Abstract: | У контексті досліджуваної теми було проаналізовано корупційні складники формування правової
держави. Такі злочинні прояви є одними з найбільш небезпечних процесів деградації державних висо-
копосадовців на сучасному етапі становлення правової та демократичної держави. In the context of the researched subject, we have analyzed the corruption components of formation of a legal state. Such criminal cases are among the most dangerous processes of degradation of government officials at the present stage of development of a legal and democratic state.
