Проблеми формування агрегатів політичної нації у фокусі теорії модернізації

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблему формування агрегатів політичної нації у фокусі теорії модернізації. Проаналізовано процес становлення політичної нації не тільки як модернізаційне, а й як соціо-психологічне явище. Особливу увагу приділено спектру альтернатив глобалізаційних та модернізаційних змін, що можуть мати визначальний вплив на формування агрегатів політичної нації України. Охарактеризовано звдання системи державного управління щодо створення ефективних механізмів захисту від деструктивних впливів «модернізації навздогін» та формуванні ідеї національної гармонізації та розвитку сумісності етносів за умов збереження їх етнічної різноманітності

The problem of formation of political nation aggregates in the focus of modernization theory is investigated in the article. The process of becoming a political nation is analyzed not only as a modernization but also as a socio-psychological phenomenon. Particular attention is paid to the range of alternatives to globalization and modernization changes that can have a decisive influence on the formation of aggregates of Ukraine's political nation. The aim of the system of public administration to create effective mechanisms for protection against the destructive effects of "modernization is catching up" and to form the idea of ​​national harmonization and development of ethnic compatibility while preserving their ethnic diversity is characterized
