| Abstract: | Вивчено результати дослідження ультраструктурної будови печінки в 40 свиней в’єтнамської породи на експериментальній моделі гострої тонкокишкової непрохідності. Встановлено, що в міру наростання терміну захворювання відбуваються значні порушення ультраструктурної будови печінки від дистрофічних до некробіотичних, які коригуються під впливом розчину реамберину. | Description: | For 40 Vietnamese pigs breed with simulation of acute intestinal obstruction, studied parameters of endogenous intoxication and histopathological changes that occur in the liver, depending on the duration of the disease. It was established that the occurrence of the disease and surgical restoration of small intestine patency was accompanied by significant changes in parameters of endogenous intoxication in violation of the histological structure of the liver, because that is the appropriate appointment of antigippoksant, antioxidant and hepatoprotective therapy.
