Зовнішня торгівля України товарами з країнами ЄС за умов макроекономічної нестабільності

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано стан та динаміку зовнішньої торгівлі України товарами з країнами ЄС за умов сучасних тенденцій макроекономічної нестабільності впродовж 2015–2018 рр. Визначено позитивні та негативні аспекти, що стримують зростання виробництва та реалізації експортно орієнтованої продукції на ринках ЄС. Проаналізовано динаміку показників кількості зовнішньоторговельних партнерів експортно-імпортної діяльності України впродовж 2015–2018 рр. Обґрунтовано властивості економічних виробничих систем щодо їх окупності в часі, самостійності та залежності від умов зовнішнього середовища. Виділено значення котирування валют, наслідків інфляції витрат та інноваційної складової виробництва для поведінки експортно орієнтованих підприємств. Представлено методичні підходи теорії економічного розвитку до вирішення проблем планування експортної спрямованості підприємства та його адаптації до впливу умов зовнішнього середовища

The article describes the state and dynamics of Ukraine’s goods foreign trade with EU countries in the context of current trends of macroeconomic instability during 2015–2018. There analyzed export and import indicators of Ukraine’s foreign trade in structure of balance and export coverage coefficient of imports share with EU countries. There defined positive and negative aspects that backs the growth of production and sales of export-oriented products in the EU markets that deals with competition conditions strengthening, foreign import dependence, production costs, quality management, raw material potential, transportation, complication of foreign economic treatment points assignment, national technical regulation system adaptation and import growth. There analyzed the dynamics of indicators of foreign trade partners number of Ukraine’s export-import activity during 2015–2018. There concluded the main features of economic production systems from the side of their payback in time and productivity of cyclic development, infrastructural and financial factors independence, singularity of production management and dependence on external environment conditions that modeled by integration processes and market relations settingup. There emphasized the meaning of currency quotation, spot-rates, inflation processes and production innovative component on the activity of export-oriented enterprises. There vied economic consequences of inflation in the direction of planning the export orientation of national enterprises. There underlined correlation between labor and capital, as the main factors of enterprise’s export activity and its regulation under macroeconomic impact of inflation. There presented methodical approaches of economic development theory in solving the problems of enterprise’s export orientation planning and its adaptation to the influence of external environment conditions on the basis of defining the methodical instruments of market economy and underlining indicators for management decisions making in the sphere of export activity providing.
