Роль хлопководства в развитии национальной экономики

Abstract

Хлопководческий комплекс играет важную роль в процессе социально-экономического развития и имеет большое значение для экономики страны, превалируя по показателю влияния на успешное развитие. Изделия из хлопка (волокна и т. д.), прошедшие обработку на заводах, являются очень важным сырьем для легкой и пищевой промышленности. Целью статьи является обоснование роли хлопководства в народном хозяйстве. Для достижения цели были определены такие задачи, как оценивание текущего состояния хлопководческой отрасли, разработка предложений по увеличению экономической эффективности хлопководческого комплекса. В статье обоснована идея о том, что развитие хлопководческого комплекса является важной областью экономики страны, в том числе аграрной экономики, а также даны рекомендации по превращению ее в ключевую область для основных производителей сырья с акцентом на ускорении аграрных реформ в развитии хлопководческого комплекса. Отмечается, что важными преимуществами развития хлопководческого комплекса являются диверсификация производства и развитие смежных отраслей, в частности электроэнергетической и теплоэнергетической промышленности, промышленного и сель- скохозяйственного строительства, агрохимической промышленности, промышленности строительных материалов. С другой стороны, такое сопряженное развитие отрасли стимулирует развитие инфраструктуры рынка и его отдельных элементов.

The cotton-growing complex plays an important role in the process of socio-economic development and is important for the country’s economy, prevailing in terms of its impact on successful development. Cotton products (fibers, etc.) that have been processed in factories are very important raw materials for the light and food industries. The purpose of the article is to justify the role of cotton-growing in the national economy. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: assessment of the current state of the cotton industry; development of proposals to increase the economic efficiency of the cottongrowing complex. The article substantiates the idea that the development of the cotton-growing complex is an important area of the country’s economy, including the agrarian economy, and gives recommendations on making it a key area for the main producers of raw materials with an emphasis on speeding up agrarian reforms in the development of the cotton-growing complex. It is noted that an important advantage of the development of the cotton-growing complex is the diversification of production and the development of related industries, such as the electric power and thermal power industries, industrial and agricultural construction, the agrochemical industry, the building materials industry, etc. On the other hand, such a coupled development of the industry stimulates the development of the market infrastructure and its individual elements. It is noted that the production of cotton fiber determines the development of the production and service sectors and stimulates the opening of many jobs in the country, reduces dependence on imports of light industry goods, which, after food, are the most consumed. Cotton is a strategic branch of agriculture and an indispensable raw material for the national textile industry, as well as a valuable export product. From this point of view, the development of light industry in the country on the basis of innovative technologies means at the same time an increase in the number of new export goods. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of improving the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the cotton-growing complex in new economic conditions are substantiated.
