Фінансування екологізації зовнішньоторговельної співпраці України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню напрямів фінансування зовнішньоторговельної співпраці України. Визначено показники, які характеризують ступінь розвитку фінансового забезпечення екологічних ініціатив, що здійснюють вплив на формування специфіки розвитку національної економіки та зовнішньоторговельних зв’язків. Виокремлено інвестиційні пріоритети державного фінансування екологічно важливих проектів, пов’язаних із забезпеченням екологічно безпечного розвитку виробництва та зовнішньоторговельного співробітництва. Доведено, що велике значення у зазна- чених процесах мають зовнішні джерела фінансування екологізаційних пріоритетів. Серед них особливу роль відіграє реалізація проектів співробітництва з міжнародними організаціями та інтеграційними об’єднаннями. Обґрунтовано потенціал розвитку зовнішніх та внутрішніх джерел фінансування екологізації зовнішньоторговельної співпраці.

Ukraine’s integration into the world economic and participation in international trade and environmental initiatives are requires elucidation of indicators that ensure foreign trade operations efficiency regarding with international standards and requirements. The functioning of national markets becomes a feature of complexity, complementarity and its integration, which requires a joint solution to the environmental problems of their development. In this respect, one of the main foreign trade cooperation issues of the environmental development is the financing of environmental measures which in particular are aimed at creating a favorable production and trading environment. This article is devoted to the research of directions regarding Ukraine’s foreign trade financing cooperation. The indicators characterizing the degree of development regarding environmental initiatives financial support that have influence to formation of the specifics regarding development of the national economy and foreign trade relations are determined. The investment priorities of state environmentally financing regarding important projects related to the provision of environmentally safe development of production and foreign trade cooperation are highlighted. It is proved that the external processes of ecologization priorities financing are significance in these processes. The issue of attracting foreign investments for the environmental programs implementation is an important component of the Ukraine’s ecological development. For Ukraine, an important direction for improving the state policy of attracting foreign investments to financing environmental programs is the further development of cooperation with international organizations, integration associations and public initiatives. The development of such cooperation depends on improving the Ukraine’s investment climate. The implementation of such investments will allow to solve a lot of important problems and to ensure a positive result regarding the environment preservation.
