Показники інвестиційної активності підприємств АПК Причорноморського регіону

Abstract

Показовим трендом останніх років є поступальне збільшення впливу регіональної політики як однієї з важливих складових у системі загальної державної політики. Постійно зростають механізми залучення територіальнорегіональних структур до розбудови регіональної економіки. Водночас загальнодержавні підходи, які базуються на принципах централізованої політики щодо політики регіонального розвитку, в умовах сучасного динамічного розвитку стають малопродуктивними і не дають змогу розкрити більшість потенціалу кожного з регіонів. Мета статті полягає в аналізі показників інвестиційної активності підприємств АПК Причорноморського регіону. Досліджено обсяги прямих іноземних інвестицій, що залучаються в підприємства АПК Причорноморського економічного району, проведено ана- ліз показників динаміки прямих іноземних інвестицій у сільськогосподарські підприємства Причорноморського райо- ну, досліджено середні показники ряду динаміки прямих іноземних інвестицій, розраховано питому вагу у відсотках за окремими областями в іноземних інвестиціях у підприємства АПК, визначено структуру прямих іноземних інвестицій у підприємства АПК Причорноморського району за окремими областями, а також структуру прямих іноземних інвес- тицій у підприємства АПК Причорноморського району за галузевою ознакою.

The recent trend in recent years is the steady increase in the influence of regional policy as one of the important components in the system of general public policy. Mechanisms of involvement of territorial – regional structures in the development of regional economy are constantly growing. At the same time, national approaches based on the principles of centralized policy in relation to regional development policy in the conditions of modern dynamic development become inefficient and do not allow unlocking most of the potential of each region. The purpose of the article is to analyze the investment activity indicators of agricultural enterprises of the Black Sea region. The volume of FDI in the enterprises of the Black Sea Economic Region has been investigated; structure of foreign direct investment in the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the Black Sea region by individual regions as well as the structure round of foreign direct investment in the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the Black Sea region by branch. On the whole, the indicators of foreign trade activity of the agricultural enterprises of the Black Sea region increased significantly in 2009-2018. In recent years (2014–2018) import volumes have fallen substantially, the most productive in terms of foreign trade balance are the enterprises of the agro industrial complex of Mykolaiv region. Indicators of foreign trade activity of agricultural enterprises of Kherson Oblast are at a stable low level, despite the significant potential of the region. Indicators of foreign trade activity of the agricultural enterprises of the Odessa region were significant, however, in 2009-2014, exports significantly outstripped imports, resulting in a negative foreign trade balance. The largest share of foreign direct investment in agricultural enterprises was directed to the Odessa region. Yes, in 2010, this share peaked at 51.92%, but continued to decline to 35.44% in 2018. Significant foreign investments in agricultural enterprises were directed to the Kherson region, their share increased from 33.67% in 2009 to 36.38% in 2018, and the region came in the leader in this indicator. The maximum share of the region in foreign direct investment in agricultural enterprises was reached in 2014 – 41.88%. And here the share of direct foreign investments in the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex of the Nikolayev area decreased from 30.89% in 2008 to 28.18% in 2018. The lowest share of the region in foreign direct investment in agricultural enterprises was observed in 2010 – 12.31%.
