Сучасні підходи до удосконалення перевезень

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз сучасних програм, нововведень та підходів до впровадження інноваційних методів удосконалення перевезень. Встановлено, що в період глобального світового розвитку з’являються нові можливості розвитку транспорту, що сприяють збільшенню його ефективності, економічності та екологічності. Досліджено методи, що допомагають зекономити час під час пересування, підвищити комфорт перевезень та їх економічну ефективність, а також сприяють зниженню рівня забруднення довкілля. Описано переваги та недоліки цих інструментів. Встановлено, що з новими можливостями з’являються нові проблеми, серед яких слід назвати недосконалість нормативноправової бази, нестачу фінансів, безконтрольне розподілення ресурсів, нерозвиненість науково-технічної бази, відплив кваліфікованих кадрів, застарілу інфраструктуру. Запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо усунення наявних недоліків.

One factor in the economic development of a country is transportation, the quality of which depends largely on the technologies used. The article analyzes modern programs, innovations and approaches for the introduction of innovative methods of transportation improvement. The object of the study is the transport network. The subject of the study is innovative methods and programs for improving transportation management. The purpose of the article is to investigate modern innovative methods of improving transportation. It is established that in the period of global world development new opportunities for the development of transport appear, which contribute to increase its efficiency, economy and environmental friendliness. Methods that help to save time in moving, increase the comfort of transportation and their cost-effectiveness, and contribute to reducing the level of environmental pollution are investigated. It is important to ensure maximum integration of all elements of the transportation process. The introduction of integrated automated transportation management systems will ensure their rationality. Domestic and foreign experience in the improvement of transportation is investigated, not the last place in which the state supports of electric transport has. It is established that new problems are emerging, among which the main ones are identified – imperfect legal framework, lack of finances, uncontrolled allocation of resources, underdevelopment of scientific and technical base, outflow of qualified personnel, outdated infrastructure, etc. A set of measures to remedy existing shortcomings is proposed. It is determined that further efforts should be directed to the development of the infrastructure necessary for ecological transport, rational organization of car traffic, construction of convenient transport interchanges, attracting investors. Therefore, it is necessary to really evaluate the number of problems of innovative methods of transportation improvement and to consider all possibilities for solving them. The right approach to address these issues will help to achieve significant development not only for the transport industry but for the whole country.
