Використання ІТ-інновацій у діяльності підприємств аграрної сфери

Abstract

У статті розкрито суть інновацій, особливості агроінновацій та наведена їхня класифікація. Особлива увага приділена ІТ-інноваціям, які можуть бути застосовані в діяльності підприємств аграрної сфери. Такими іннова- ціями є: електронна картографія; логістичні рішення на основі системи GPS-моніторингу, що дає змогу контролювати переміщення усього рухомого складу агрокомпанії в режимі реального часу і вчасно реагувати на значні затримки чи відхилення від маршруту; моніторинг технопарку, який важливо вести для оптимізації планування капітальних та по- точних ремонтів, для попередження передчасного зношення конкретних деталей чи техніки загалом шляхом ведення обліку та системи нотифікацій; аналітика та планування, які разом вирішують такі питання, як планування оптималь- ного сусідства рослин, чергування насаджень з року в рік, планування можливості змішаних посадок на основі ведення архіву посівів і зборів та застосування визначених правил оптимізації цих процесів; прийняття оптимальних управлін- ських рішень та мобільність. Наведені окремі приклади використання ІТ-технологій підприємствами аграрної сфери.

In the article revealed the essence of innovations, peculiarities of agroinnovation and their classification. Special attention paid to IT-innovation, which can be applied in the activities of enterprises of the agrarian sphere. These innovation are: electronic cartography, logistic solutions based on GPS-monitoring system, which allows controlling the movement of the entire rolling stock of the agricultural company in real time and, accordingly, to react to significant delays. or deviations from the route, the monitoring of the technopark, which is important to conduct to optimize the planning of capital and current repairs, to prevent the premature depreciation of specific parts or equipment in general by accounting and system of notifications, Analytics and planning, which together help such issues as planning an optimal neighborhood of plants, alternating plantings from year to year, planning the possibility of mixed landings, based on the archive of crops and assemblies and the application of defined rules of optimization of process data, making optimal managerial decisions and mobility. Analytical systems give the possibility of automatic calculation of the needs in the seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products, as well as provide the function of effective company budget management. Some specificity for agricultural companies engaged in livestock farming. Possibilities of modern information systems allow: to maintain an optimal microclimate in the premises with animals, monitor health dynamics, weight gain and match criteria data, automate herd structure planning, to take into account geneology and biological cycles in planning of reproduction, automatized to form a food ration, automate the veterinary events. CRM and HRM specialized systems are used for process of customer relationship management with staff, customers, partners. The ability to publish instructions to employees in online mode and respond to their requests. In turn, the employee can create field reports with the attachment of photo-or video materials, it is possible to monitor the activities and efficiency of each employee in particular, etc.
