Теоретичне підгрунття інноваційного розвитку світової економіки

Abstract

У роботі проведено аналіз теоретичних засад інноваційного розвитку світової економіки та обґрунтовано наявність взаємозв’язку між упровадженням новітніх технологій та циклічністю ділової активності. Визначено, що ще представники класичної школи політичної економії проводили взаємозв’язок між технологічними інноваціями та економічним зростанням. Подальші дослідження вчених приводять до визначення циклічності економічного розвитку з виокремленням інноваційно-технологічного фактора як рушійного елемента цих процесів. Досліджено теорію техно- логічних укладів, визначено, що провідні країни світу знаходяться на етапі переходу до постіндустріальної парадигми з переважанням технологій 6-го та 7-го технологічних укладів. У цих умовах необхідним стають дослідження теорії інтелектуальної технології та теорії інноваційної економіки та суспільства.

The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of the world economy innovative development and substantiates the existence of a correlation between the introduction of the modern technologies and the cyclicality of business activity. It was determined that representatives of the political economy’s classical school carried out a connection between technological innovations and economic growth. A subsequent research leads to the conclusion that economic cyclicality development with innovation and technological as key factor supposed to be a global progress driving element. It is substantiated that innovations provoke long waves of business activity, resulting in an increase in the economy and the people welfare. An exit from a depression and a deep crisis can be realized by innovations introduction. Thus, innovations are the progress basis in the development of human knowledge and the basis of the society and economy transition to a higher stage of development. The theory of technological structure has been investigated. The transition from structure to structure is accompanied by revolutionary transformations in production, labor productivity, the complication of economic ties and relations, high rates of profit growth, product upgrades, and the implementation of basic innovations, with most innovations being implemented in the phase of previous technological process domination. Technological structures I-IV are inherent in the industrial technology of the machine production development. The fifth mode is characterized by a higher degree of technology and is based on information and knowledge as new factors of production. It is determined that the leading countries of the world are at the stage of transition to a post-industrial paradigm with a predominance of technologies 6 and 7 technological modes. In these conditions, the intellectual technology theory and the theory of innovation economy and society is necessary to study.
