Обгрунтування підходів до ефективного залучення іноземних інвестицій

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретико-методичне узагальнення та нове вирішення актуальних наукових завдань, що визначають процес ефективного залучення іноземних інвестицій (ІІ) в економіку України із врахуванням сценаріїв її розвитку. Проаналізовано еволюцію теорій ІІ. Узагальнено світовий досвід залучення ІІ за пріоритетами та підходами, та на цій основі визначено ключові учасники інвестиційного процесу, а також підходи та інструменти інвестиційної політики залучення ІІ в національну економіку. Запропоновано науковий підхід до оцінювання ефективності ІІ з урахуванням коротко- і довгострокових ефектів, який дозволяє визначити відмінність досягнутого стану економіки з додатково залученими ІІ від її базового стану та обгрунтувати висновок про покращання або погіршення результатів діяльності підприємств - реципієнтів і національного господарства за аналізований період, а також доцільність ІІ обраних пріоритетів.

The dissertation presents theoretical and methodological generalization and new solution of urgent scientific challenges that determine the effective process of attracting foreign investment in Ukraine in view of possible scenarios. The evolution of theories of foreign investment, generalized world experience of attracting foreign investment priorities and approaches, and on this basis the key participants of the investment process , as well as approaches and instruments of investment policy to attract foreign investment in the national economy. A scientific approach to evaluating the effectiveness of foreign investment on the basis of short-term and long-term effects , which determines the difference made the economy from further attracted foreign investment from its base state and substantiate the conclusion of improvement or deterioration in the performance of enterprises - recipients and national economy for the period , and foreign investment feasibility chosen priorities.
