| Abstract: | Вивчити частоту уражень слизової оболонки гастродуоденальної зони у хворих на ХГС з різним трофологічним статусом. As a result of the conducted studies, 35,3% (53 out of 150) patients with chronic hepatitis C (CНС) have different forms of erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastroduodenal zone, with their significant prevalence among patients with high body mass index (48,5% vs. 31.3%, p < 0.05). The endoscopy features manifestation of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD ) in 72,7% of patients with CHC and high body mass index is reflux esophagitis, corresponding to the mucosal lesions grade LA-B. And 69,4% of normal body mass patients with CHC had reflux-esophagitis corresponding to the mucosal lesions grade LA-A. |
