Парадигма розвитку інноваційного потенціалу

Abstract

У статті здійснено інтерпретацію парадигми розвитку інноваційного потенціалу та його модифікацій і запропоновано тлумачення її специфічних елементів. Розроблено схему розуміння категорії «розвиток», в якій роз- глядається розвиток як закон, як процес, як кількісні та якісні змінні; визначається мета розвитку, підходи до його розуміння, напрями розвитку. Розглянуто когерентність понять «розвиток», «економічний розвиток», «інноваційний розвиток». Визначено принципи розвитку підприємства як соціально-економічної системи. Наведено інтерпретацію сутності розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємства (визначення, мета, принципи, завдання, етапи, загрози), яка має орієнтуватися на врахування багатоаспектності та багатогранності цього поняття і ґрунтується на вивченні думок різних авторів.

As a result of the strengthening of integration processes in the global economy and the intensification of international competition, a new model of innovation development is developing and developing. According to this model, innovation potential is the most important economic and technological source and the condition of economic system development from enterprise to society as a whole. Therefore, the paradigm as a system of concepts and ideas about the development of innovation potential is a prerequisite for understanding the content and process of this development. An interpretation of the paradigm of the development of innovation potential and its modifications was made, and the interpretation of its specific elements was proposed. The types of development are distinguished: regressive and progressive, macro level development and micro level development. The definition of inertial development of economic systems is given. The scheme of understanding of the category "development" is developed, in which development is considered as a law, as a process, as quantitative and qualitative variables; determined by the purpose of development, approaches to its understanding, directions of development. The purpose of innovation development is described. The development of the enterprise as a condition and result of change of activity of the enterprise is considered. The specificity of the innovative type of enterprise development is determined. Coherence of the concepts of "development", "economic development", "innovative development" is considered. The principles of enterprise development as a social and economic system are defined. These are the key prerequisites for the innovative development of the enterprise. The essence of the development of the innovation potential of the enterprise (definition, purpose, principles, tasks, stages, threats), which is to be guided by the consideration of the multidimensionality and versatility of this concept, is presented. It is based on the study of the opinions of various authors. The paradigm of development of innovative potential and its conceptual benchmarks are determined.
