Вплив різних форм та доз йоду на функцію гіпофізарно-тиреоїдної системи у здорових людей

Abstract

Проведено дослідження впливу органічної та неорганічної форм йоду в різних дозах на функцію гіпофізарно-тиреоїдної системи у здорових людей. Встановлено, що щоденний прийом фізіологічних доз йоду, на відміну від ударної його кількості раз в 4 дні, ймовірно сприяє перетворенню Т4 в його більш активну форму Т3 і, як наслідок, до реалізації ефекту тиреоїдних гормонів у периферичних тканинах при економії пулу йоду організму, особливо в разі прийому органічної форми йоду. Крім того було виявлено, що вживання гідрофобної форми йоду приводить до оптимізації функції щитоподібної залози та на відміну від гідрофільної форми не порушує нормальні гіпофізарно-тиреоїдні зв’язки. Таким чином, Йодовану олію 200 можна використовувати як альтернативний засіб корекції йододефіциту.

The investigation of the influence of organic and inorganic forms of iodine in different doses upon the function of hypophysis-thyroid system in healthy people has been carried out. It has been established that a daily taking of physiologic doses of iodine in contrast to high doses of iodine once per 4 days probably results in transformation of T4 into its more active form T3 and as a result to its realization of thyroid hormone effect in peripheral tissues under saving the iodine pool in the organism, especially in case of taking the organic form of iodine. Besides it has been found out that taking of hydrophobic form of iodine results in optimization of thyroid gland function and unlike hydrophilic forms of iodine does not impair normal hypophysis-thyroid bands. So, iodinized oil 200 can be used as an alternative means in the correction of iodine deficiency.
